Nasal Rinse....

So, I'm just gonna say, I've just had my first experience with a nasal rinse. I've been congested nonstop since early February and the doctor said it's tough stuff to get rid of even if it's not infected (I'm sure this is all very interesting to you!). Have any of you ever done this? So weird... talk amongst yourselves....
