Caramel Brownies

1 Chocolate Cake Mix

3/4 Cup oleo (melted)

2/3 cup canned milk

1 cup chopped nuts

1 package caramels

1 6 oz package chocolate chips

Grease and flour 9x11 pan well.  Melt caramels with 1/3 cup milk in double boiler.

Mix cake mix, melted oleo, 1/3 cup canned milk and nuts.  Mix well and divide in half.  Spread half in pan.  Bake 6 minutes at 350.  Remove from oven.

Sprinkle chocolate chips over cake.  Pour caramel mixture over chocolate chips.  Put rest of cake mix over all and bake 15-18 minutes longer.
