Mandarin Orange Cake

 

1 can mandarin oranges, drained

1 yellow cake mix, prepared

1 lg can crushed pineapple, undrained

1 small box of unprepared instant vanilla pudding

1 container cool whip

 

Mix yellow cake mix per directions, and add oranges (either cut them and stir in after cake is mixed, or beat them into cake batter.)  While cake is baking, stir a large can of undrained crushed pineapple and a small box of unprepared instant vanilla pudding together until well mixed and refrigerate.

When cake has cooled, fold in thawed cool whip into pineapple mixture.  Spread on cooled cake, and keep in refrigerator.
