Apple Crisp

My Granny has only a few apple trees, but they're enough to supply my whole family's freezer through winter. So, I adapted this recipe last year when we had enough apples to perfect the recipe.

Apple Crisp

8 apples
3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup oats
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
3/4 cup butter

Preheat to 375. Peel and slice apples and place them in the bottom of a 9x13. Mix the remaining ingredients and spread evenly over top. Bake for 30 minutes or until sufficiently browned.

* I love using my stoneware for this particular recipe.
