So, My Man enjoys many different desserts, but his all time favorite is the classic apple pie.... and I can't make a decent apple pie to save my life. It's, like, the one thing that no matter how good the recipe is, perfection continues to elude.However, I'm going to attempt another one. This is Rustic Apple Pie. And it might just save me this weekend : )

p.s. I don't know if it was my oven or what but the pie needed to bake atleast 10 minutes longer. I think I'll have to try again!
