Robin Egg Nests

These were super cute and easy!  The kids put the eggs in as I dropped the tablespoonfulls.



2 bags semi sweet chocolate chips

4 cups lo mein noodles, divided

I did this is in two batches and that made 20 nests.  Melt 1 bag of chocolate chips for 1 minute.  Stir and then put it back in for another 30 seconds.  Stir in 2 cups noodles, until completely coated.  Drop by tablespoonfull and make a small indentation in the middle (you really don't need it, the eggs will stick).  Add 3 eggs to the center.  Repeat for second batch.  When you're finished refrigerate for a couple of hours.  Ready!
